Librarian & Professional Positions

As of August 2021, the University Library has implemented an anonymized application process for our open positions. This means we will remove any identifiable characteristics (name, address, email, head shots, dates of education) from application documents before our hiring committees review them. We hope that this change will help to combat unconscious bias, support a fair hiring process based on candidates’ education, experience, and skills, and further our goal of maintaining an inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible workforce.
