FAQ
Can you give me step by step instructions on how to request a book?

Start your search for books with DePaul WorldCat Local

  • Once you have located the item you would like to request, click on the title so information for that item appears on the screen.
  • If an item is available from DePaul University Libraries, you will see a Request button under Find a copy in the library.
  • If an item is available from an I-Share Library, you will see a Borrow from I-Share Libraries button under Find a copy in the library.
  • If an item is not available from either DePaul University Libraries or I-Share, you will see a Request via ILLiad button under Find a copy in the library.
