If DePaul doesn't own research materials you need, we will try to obtain them via interlibrary loan.
Log in to ILLiadREQUESTING JOURNAL ARTICLES
If the article you need is not available online or in print at your local campus, the library can provide a scanned copy from the DePaul collection or from another institution.
If you are searching within a library database, look for a link that says "Find full text." If the article is online, you'll see a direct link to the full text. If not, you'll see a link that says "Request via ILLiad."
If you have a citation in hand, you can check DePaul's electronic and print subscriptions to see if the article you need is available. If you prefer not to search for it again, login to ILLiad, select " Article " under New Request in the left-hand column, and fill in the form.

REQUESTING BOOKS AND OTHER ITEMS
- I-Share: If you need a book or other item that is not owned by DePaul, try the I-Share catalog. Request books from more than 70 libraries in Illinois using your library ID number, found on the back of your DePaul ID. (You may also go directly to another I-Share library and check the book out using your DePaul ID.)
- WorldCat: If not available via I-Share, search WorldCat. Then look for the link that says "Request via DePaul ILLiad." Login is the same as for I-Share, but your last name must be in ALL CAPS.
- ILLiad: If not in WorldCat, login to ILLiad, select "Book" under New Request in the left-hand column, and fill in the form.
