Genius Squad

The Genius Squad provides free, walk-in technical support for students to support laptops, phones and other personal electronic devices.

Genius Squad assistance is available on both the Lincoln Park and Loop campuses. Consult the Genius Squad hours and locations page for more information.


Technology Support Center

The Technology Support Center (TSC) or "Help Desk," offers immediate help via Web, phone, or email to current students, faculty and staff. TSC/Help Desk online tickets may be filed anywhere, any time through Campus Connect or by calling (312)362-8765.


Classroom Tech Support

Library instruction rooms are supported by Classroom Tech Support.  If you are an instructor in a classroom who needs immediate technical support, select "Classroom Hotline" on the phone next to the podium and a technician will provide immediate assistance.
